AutoDetect ("AD") shape tool — tap a detected subject in the photo and Annotyze places an annotation fitted to the subject's real outline. Falls back to a bounding box for tricky shapes, and never drops a shape when you tap empty space.
Subject "Look" glow — long-press the image to briefly light up every detected subject with a glowing outline, so you can see what's tappable at a glance. The glow fades on its own and never swallows a tap.
Marker Peek & Look — single-tap a marker for a quick "Peek" callout showing its most recent note, tag, or metadata plus a count of each; tap the Peek to "Look" and open the annotation fully. The callout stays a constant size as you zoom and anchors to whichever side has the most room.
Frosted "glass" Peek callouts — the Peek bubble now blurs the photo behind it instead of using a solid fill. Choose a dark or light tint and one of four blur strengths in Profile → Preferences, with a live preview.
Data list management — swipe to delete a single Tag, Metadata, or Note entry, or clear them all at once with a confirmed "Delete All".
Shape tools — ellipse, rectangle, and freeform drawing, with per-vertex editing and edge/corner handles.
Move by long-press — long-press and drag an annotation to reposition it while keeping its size, with haptic feedback and clamping to the image bounds.

Redesigned action panel — "Add Data" is now centered with the delete and close actions framing it, and every icon button shares one consistent, clear style.
Tap-to-place selection — the old grid-based selection was replaced with tap-to-place annotation overlays on a normalized (0–1) coordinate system for crisp, resolution-independent placement.
Refined drag handles — smaller, less obtrusive handles while keeping a comfortable touch target.
